- Go to https://sso.mediatek.com/eai/ResetPassword.aspx, enter your email address, and then click Submit.
The system sends you a temporary password by email.
- Go to https://sso.mediatek.com, and then sign in with your email address and temporary password.
- When prompted, set a new password.
You can now sign into the NeuroPilot portal using your email address and new password.
