After signing in, I can't access the correct documentation
After signing into the NeuroPilot portal, you might have one of the following problems:
- Unable to access platform documentation at https://neuropilot.mediatek.com/resources/public/latest/en/docs/platform
- Unable to see the correct documentation at https://neuropilot.mediatek.com/resources/list
- Unable to see any documentation at https://neuropilot.mediatek.com/resources/list
To access a document, MediaTek staff need to manually grant your account access permissions to that document. To request access permissions, send a list of documents that you want to access to your MediaTek contact.
